I was not told where to find my room, nor where I would need to go for breakfast. I was pregnant at the time and offered no help with my bags. The hotel is in a secluded area, so I planned on eating at the hotel most nights. Only to find out when ordering room service that they had closed the restaurant and room service (I have no idea why as the staff did not speak english). Getting a taxi from the hotel was also very difficult. Other than the room being clean - I was very disappointed indeed.
