"The room was good overall, and a great value compared to other places nearby. There are signs of age, particularly the TV that had big areas of burn-in on the screen. But it fell short of 5 stars because of the 2 things: the lights were all too harsh, too bright LEDs, and the linens had such a strong fragrance it kept waking me up."

"We loved this stay in Gualala. Great house with plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, nice sun room for watching the waves. Great view from the primary bedroom. Large king size, comfortable bed with nice linens. The home was very clean, had a gate and was on a large lot so lots of privacy. The home is on Hwy 1 but we really didn’t hear the road noise. It wasn’t bad at all. Found a couple great beaches to walk and watch the waves and the birds. House is close to town to grab a nice dinner."

We loved having time to slow down, take in the views, and enjoy a little getaway with our closest friends. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer! "This house was beautiful! Very clean, very well stocked and you could tell the owner took the time to pay attention to the small details. Outside of an amazing cozy house the views were stunning and we saw deer eveyday! We will absolutely be back!"

"The house definitely served its purpose for our trip. 4 bathrooms!!! It was clean but we could tell animals had been there. We were surprised by the grave yard just beyond the backyard. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house except for at night. It was comfortable but could use another chair in the living room. The bedrooms could use night stands as there is nowhere to charge your phone or set an alarm clock. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and other necessities. Overall, wonderful accommodations for the price!"
