Lovely friendly man who runs the 14 century hotel as a hobby while running a dental practice. The attention to detail in the hotel is superb and location is in the old part of town with very narrow streets (when driving) but well worth hunting it down. Breakfast was a Spanish affair, simple but very tasty and looked after by 2 ladies who couldn’t have been friendlier. Would recommend.
