On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining area with an open-plan modern kitchen and a guest WC. The three bedrooms upstairs are all air-conditioned. There are two bathrooms, each with a washbasin, toilet, large walk-in rain shower with heated hand towels, and underfloor heating. One of the bathrooms is en-suite to one of the bedrooms.

The terraces are furnished with garden furniture and surrounded by Mediterranean plants. From the large south-facing terrace and the bedrooms with their spacious balconies, you have a wonderful view of the promenade and beach directly in front of the house.
