The "La Farigoule II" residence, ideally located on the port and near Grazel beach, consists entirely of apartments.  
  
On the 3rd and top floor, this recently renovated holiday rental in Gruissan comprises a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a large wardrobe in the entrance hall. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. A terrace with garden furniture completes the accommodation.  
  
The advantages of this seasonal rental include panoramic views of the marina from the terrace and a private parking space.
