The accommodation: This pleasant villa with a garage, close to the promenade and Grazel beach, offers a peaceful and comfortable living environment and a very welcoming space with its tree-shaded terrace. On the ground floor, you will find a living room furnished with a sofa bed and TV overlooking the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster); a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.  
  
In the garage, you will find a 7kg washing machine and a fridge-freezer.  
  
Upon the mezzanine, there is a second bedroom furnished with two single beds (90x190cm) with storage and heating, followed by a sofa bed (140x190cm) and a second separate toilet.

#### La location bien situé. Literie des canapés à changer.

Pas d acceuil le samedi. Le séjour agréable Un petit hic nous n’avons pas pu profitez du canapé nous pensons qu il a fait son temps trop de lattes cassées Impossible d envoyer le QRcode nous contacter on a pris des photos à notre départ de chaque pièce si vous désirez pour l état des lieux

#### séjour agréable

Le mobilier et le matériel à disposition étaient simple et fonctionnel. Au vu de la canicule sévissant lors de notre séjour, nous aurions pu espérer un équipement de climatisation... Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique du logement proche du supermarché et des plages de Mateille et du Grazel.

la maison est bien faite, mais il manquent plusieurs choses, p.ex. lave-linge mais pas étendoir , des transats(1 cassé sans matelas etc. On vois, que les propriétaires ne viennent pas
