"The desk clerk, Ryan, was so helpful and courteous when we checked in as well as checking out. He is an excellent representative of your company. He answered our questions and was helpful when someone hit our truck in the parking lot. He went above and beyond! The young lady at the breakfast area was great! She made sure the area was clean, items stocked for a quick breakfast and was genuinely kind. At night the hotel was quiet and our air conditioner worked pretty well. We asked for towels only the next morning, but another clerk either failed to tell housekeeping or something b/c I had to go to the desk to get them that next evening. The parking lot is very "tight" and it can make it difficult to get in and out of the parking in the mornings when it is full. Please commend Ryan and the young lady at the breakfast (I did not get her name) as they stood out in their service to us. We would definitely stay there again."

"Parking was adequate. Didn't eat the free breakfast. The view that was seen from the hotel at the back of the breakfast building appeared very trashy and not kept clean. I didn't even use it. I noticed several others using the breakfast building from the entrance but didn't want to chance getting sick. The staff was friendly although sometimes hard to understand. The rooms were well kept and the beds were relatively comfortable. Noise levels from other rooms was low so I could get a restful sleep. The back entrance to the parking lot isn't an entrance for rental cars. The dip causes cars to scrape on the bottom. The no parking area at the front of the building was used by guest motorcyclists but clearly marked NO PARKING. The sign was NOT enforced. The hotel is within walking distance to a fast food establishment as well as a gas station. Overall, it was a great stay."

"The motel is clean, convenient and safe. Like all budget priced motels, the breakfast is lacking but that is typical. We stay at this motel twice a year and will continue to do so."

"The room had some nice upgrades. There was a strong cleaning, smell and moldy smell. The room needed a good thorough cleaning. The parking was fine. The breakfast did not have any food I could eat."

"The view is absolutely amazing and it is positioned close enough to downtown Chattanooga where the drive is easy, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town where it is very peaceful.
