Extensive forests, ridges, hills and peaks and beautiful inland lakes provide magical nature experiences, lakes and waterways that invite you to paddle, as well as numerous hiking trails and roads for cycling and walking. If you enjoy fishing, there are several good fishing lakes and rivers in the area. There are great ski trails, and if you want to ski, it's only a short drive to Torsby in Sweden.
