As soon as you enter this villa you will notice the great attention to detail. The stylish interior, with spacious living and sleeping areas, and a beautiful garden are a metaphor for comfort and luxury. The villa is far enough from the bustle and stress of everyday life, but close enough to the attractive Istrian tourist destinations, if you are in the mood to meet people, to amuse themselves or to enjoy a dinner in a good restaurant. The area is rich in natural beauty and numerous sights. Only 15 minutes by car from the beautiful Adriatic Sea, and an hour's drive from the famous old town of Pula, the wild cape Kamenjak, the beautiful city of Rovinj, where you can either walk in the footsteps of history or enjoy the nightlife. Do not forget the numerous wineries and restaurants nearby. Beautiful places are waiting for you. In the large garden of the villa you can enjoy privacy and intimacy, this garden is also suitable for celebrating with family and friends: a pool or barbecue party or just relax with good music in a lounge and on a garden swing, with a glass of cool wine and Istrian treats under the stars. This villa, with an area of ​​200 m2, together with 2 covered terraces with comfortable patio furniture and a barbecue, 2000 m2 of a walled private garden, a parking space for two cars under the shade of the chestnut tree, consists of a spacious living and dining area, one Kitchen, a storeroom, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. Its main feature is the beautiful pool in the heart of the garden, surrounded by a sun terrace and an outdoor dining area where you can soak up the sun or relax under the stars. On the ground floor is the spacious comfortable living area, combined with dining area, overlooking the garden, furnished with antique furniture from Tuscany, with satellite TV, music equipment, table football and 2 sofas. A great relaxation area with exit to the terrace and pool. The living area is connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped (cooker, gas cooker, fridge, freezer (300l), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). There is also a toilet and a storage room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing board with iron. A spacious wooden staircase leads to the first floor with four bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and en suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms and shared bathroom. All rooms are carefully decorated. The villa is located in the middle of nature. In front of the villa is a large pool with outside shower. On the sun terrace around the pool with many beach chairs you can spend the sunny days or the cozy evenings. From early morning until evening, the terrace is sunny. The umbrellas by the pool offer enough protection from direct sunlight. The panoramic doors on the ground floor open to a covered terrace, where you will probably spend most of the day in the shade. This will be your chill-out area. A large dining table, a rocking chair and comfortable stylish garden furniture. You will find even more shade under the old chestnut tree, where you can relax with a book and a cold drink. You can also try your hand at traditional bowling (called "boćanje" in Croatia). Near the chill-out area is the grill. Another opportunity to bowling while preparing a delicious meal. Absolutes Highlight ist der Aussenbereich - mit großem Pool, riesigen Garten und einer großen überdachten Terrasse. Die Hälfte der Zeit des Aufenthalts haben wir im Haus verbracht - aufgrund der Größe und auch der Vielfalt an bereits verfügbaren Sportsachen (Bälle, Fußballtore, Tennis und Federballschläger) war uns nie langweilig. Die winzigen Mängel haben uns beim Aufenthalt nicht gestört. (kein Richtiger Ball beim tischkicker, Grill draußen hatte kein Gas mehr - wurde aber nachgefüllt, die Sonnenschirme sind Klump aber dank Großer beschatteten Terrasse kein Problem). Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang der Eigentümerin sowie Vor-Ort-Service (defekter Kühlschrank wurde innerhalb eines halben Tages ersetzt-grandios!!!)...Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten einen wunderschönen 1\.
