"It took over an hour for me to be able to get into the cabin - wrong code for door. I received the correct code the next day. A door was left opened and that is how I was able to get inside - very unsafe. No napkins and no response. It took a little over 30 minutes to be able to get inside the community because of car check in. I was told parking was $40 per car and when I arrived it was $50. I asked for the listed price to be honored and was told no. I was told twice that I would get a response...

"Great house. Seems much nicer interior than many rentals in same neighborhood for similar prices. Lots of comfortable beds available. The art was fun to see. Comfortable furniture. Our kids (ranging 10-14) had so much fun in the bunk bed room and with the games and movies. The kitchen had plenty of basics to use to cook simple meals. We were able to enjoy a day in Yosemite (about one hour to valley floor) and some time at the local neighborhood lake beach. Delicious pizza just down the road and yummy burgers, fries, and beer at Iron Door Saloon. Great house overall! "

"The views were nice and the house is big and beautiful, but the furniture was very uncomfortable and the beds even more so. We left with very bad back pains from the mattresses. We stayed for a week and it felt as though this house was staged to look at but not live in.. after the first night we were regretting our choice and still had six nights left.Some of the cleaning could have been more thorough. While it looked great at first glance, some areas could have used more attention.. carpets and laundry. Dishes were very minimal as well we bought paper plates and plasticware to use. I was excited to see a vacuum but sadly it didn’t work so hopefully they fix that..Next door had a floodlight pointed directly into one of the bedrooms upstairs, made it impossible to sleep in there.Very nice views, nice light, but could use some creature comforts and coziness."
