The check-in process was smooth, allowing for early access, kitchen was adequately stocked, beds were comfortable. It was clean and spacious so we never felt cramped. "Our stay was fine. What kept me from giving 5 stars was that when we went to use the pull out bed from the couch, there were dirty linens and blankets on it from gosh knows when. We were turned off to use that for one of our kids."
