  • Sumptuous Californian-style villa located in the most exclusive estate on the south shore, designed perfectly for a dream vacation. The villa boasts an expansive 970 sq.ft living space opening onto a spacious terrace.

    All on one level and in enfilade, each room enjoys independent access via large French windows with electric blinds, leading to the pool and offering breathtaking sea views. The villa includes 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and WC, and beds configurable as either 160 cm or 2x80 cm. A fully air-conditioned office with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and its own bathroom completes the living quarters.

    On the lower level, two additional independent bedrooms with beds configurable as 160 cm or 2x80 cm share a shower room and a separate WC, accessible from inside the villa or through the garage.

    The property features a heated 25-meter Olympic lap pool and offers direct access to the beach, as well as the estate's private tennis court. High-end amenities in a prestigious private estate.
