Perchée en haut d'un petit lotissement de maisonnettes avec jardinet, cette location est idyllique. Le jardin très agréable et impeccablement entretenu surplombe la baie d'Ajaccio et offre une vue imprenable sur les Sanguinaires et son fameux coucher de soleil. C'est un rez-de-jardin mais on se sent quand même chez soi (les entrées sont totalement indépendantes) et le couple habitant au dessus est discret. L'intérieur est très propre, fonctionnel et contemporain. Les parents du propriétaires qui sont sur Porticcio et gèrent la location sont charmants et discrets. Équipement complet, de grande qualité, fonctionnement optimal : rien ne manque. Extérieur très bien aménagé où on se sent bien car il est très fleuri et arboré avec un potager qui selon la saison complète vos repas : fraises, aubergines, basilic, tomates….. Bref un extérieur qui correspond à une maison et non à un appartement, sans parler de la vue impressionnante que l’on a sur le golfe dont on profite en permanence à l’apéro ou pendant les repas. Et puis quel spectacle en fin de journée avec les couchers de soleil particulièrement renommés du côté des sanguinaires !! Enfin, je n’oublie pas la qualité de l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Michelle et Alain sur place et Yann par mail. Si ce n'est pas le paradis .....cela y ressemble ! Une vue a 180° .... splendide, sublime, à couper le souffle , et de plus, sur la baie d'Ajaccio et les îles Sanguinaires... On ne s'en lasse pas ... Chaque soir un coucher de soleil différent et toujours plus beau que la veille .... Un jardin privatif très agréable et bien équipé ou il fait bon vivre et une maison rénovée avec soins par les propriétaires qui ne cessent d'améliorer le confort et ce n'est pas fini .... des surprises nous attendent pour l'année prochaine !!! Bien situé à 2mn de Porticcio, de nombreuses ballades sont à faire en partant de cet endroit. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux, nous avons l'impression de retrouver des amis à chaque fois que nous retournons dans un de leurs appartements, qui sont tous très beaux et confortables ..... Mais nous avons un petit faible pour cette maison/appartement ..... Merci Michelle, Alain et Yann (que nous n'avons pas encore le plaisir de connaître) pour ce moment de bonheur ! ##### Simona et Georges A. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### Michel l. 30 Dec 2015 #### Un petit coin de paradis En effet, un coin de paradis avec une vue panoramique sublime sur la baie d'Ajaccio et les îles Sanguinaires, un jardin privatif très agréable et une maison avec tout l'équipement et des locaux rénovés avec soins par les propriétaires qui ne cessent d'améliorer le confort petit à petit (la salle de bien étant un chantier à venir pour que tout soit au goût du jour). Bien situé à 2mn de Porticcio, pas trop éloigné d'Ajaccio et à proximité des nombreuses et belles plages au sud de Porticcio. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux, il ne faut pas hésiter à les solliciter pour découvrir la région et leur demander conseil. Un excellent rapport qualité prix à saisir sans hésitation. ##### Michel l. Tout a été décoré avec gout et raffinement. Le jardin un petit paradis de plaisir sans oublier la vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio et ses magnifiques couchers de soleil. Mais tout ceci serait incomplet s'il n'y avait l'accueil de Michèle BIANCHI et de son époux.... Tout était là, sourires, chaleur, serviabilité et leur gentillesse....Nous vous remercions pour ce séjour qui restera à jamais gravé dans nos mémoires.
