Located near the most beautiful white sand beach of Porticcio, in the heart of the seaside resort, this very spacious and bright 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace with breathtaking sea views in a high-end private and secure residence you will like it for sure.

Everything is modern and new at the same time. You can do everything on foot! The residence is located 100 meters walk from a white sandy beach and many shops and restaurants.

The city of Ajaccio, its city center, its Casino and its Congress Palace, are located just 20 km from the Residence. A paying maritime shuttle allows you to cross to Ajaccio depending on the season.

For your leisure activities near the Residence (Paying): Scuba diving club, Jet ski rental, boats of different sizes, Table football, etc….

In the Summer Period, various excursions from Porticcio are possible to Bonifacio, Porto or Les gorges du Prunelli as well as to the Aiguilles Bavella or the Alta Rocca.
