Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 32 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, which can accommodate up to 3 travelers (2 adults and a teenager, or 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and a lovely 22 m² terrace. Wifi included (fibre optics), we're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows :  
\- 16 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside :  
\- A 22 m² terrace, south-west facing, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
