The Terra Bella residence is located on the hillside, approximately 1.4 km from the beach, the center of Porticcio and its shops, made up of a group of small buildings of maximum 3 floors.  
  
Laid out on several split levels, this mini villa includes: an equipped kitchen, opening onto the outside, an air-conditioned living room with sleeping area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.  
  
The plus of this mini-villa: free access to the residence's swimming pool open between June and the end of September, as well as tennis lessons. The accommodation has an internet connection.  
  
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price.  
  
Opening of the Terra Bella 2 swimming pool from June 1st from 9 \[hidden\] to 8 \[hidden\]
