The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in the municipality of Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a jacuzzi, a surface area of 65 m² and accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 29 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 148 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, Senseo coffee maker, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: with 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 2)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A jacuzzi for 4 people, available all year round. You will find instructions for use on the kitchen table.  
\- A 30 m² south-facing terrace and a garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park.
