It was a little loud outside at night but obviously nothing the hotel can do about that and it wasn't really a problem for me. Great location, kind and helpful staff. "Very nice stay, immediate holiday feeling, friendly welcoming, staff takes good care of everything and owners are present all day. Nice swimming pool, cosy tiny houses (cottages) with all comfort. A few kilometres from Marina de Grossetto - to walk there makes rather sense when teh Bagno operation starts mid June. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying the very well done italian/tuscany meals in the evening, no need to go elsewhere for dinner. Taste the housewine - selfmade by owner!"

"If you are in the southern part of Tuscany, this is the place to stay. Very near the national park and beach park. Easily drove to the Etruscan ruins near Soriano over the mountains, about an hour and to the ancient hot baths to bathe in near Saturnia. Great breakfast buffet made by the proprietor’s mother. It is also a winery and had some bottles of their terrific wines. "
