La maison est pleine de charme et a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La terrasse très vaste permet d'apprécier le superbe décor dans lequel vous allez séjourner au milieu d'arbres et de fleurs tropicales. Obwohl wir einen Mietwagen hatten, holte uns der Vermieter vom Flughafen ab, was sehr hilfreich war. Das Anwesen im kolonialen Stil hat uns von Anfang an in seinen Bann gezogen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und stilgetreu eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst. Dank der tadellosen Internetverbindung konnten wir mit den Daheimgebliebenen kommunizieren. Besonders genossen haben wir die großzügige Terrasse, wo wir uns die meiste Zeit aufhielten und abends dem Konzert der Frösche lauschten. Der wunderschöne Garten mit seiner Artenvielfalt ist sehenswert und wurde uns auf unterhaltsame Art, gespickt mit Informationen und Geschichten, nahe gebracht. Die Bedingungen entsprachen voll und ganz dem Inserat als auch den Bewertungen. Stets um unser Wohl besorgt, hat der sympathische und zuverlässige Vermieter einen großen Teil zu unserem gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Wir waren auch zum Weihnachtsessen im Kreise seiner Familie eingeladen und konnten so ein Stück Authentizität erleben. Merci beaucoup! Die Lage des Anwesens ermöglicht tatsächlich ein gutes Erkunden in alle Richtungen. Auf Grund der Topographie der Insel (sehr hügelig, viele steile und kurvige Straßen) und des z.T. hohen Verkehrsaufkommens um die Hauptstadt herum, sollte man jedoch reichlich Fahrzeit zu den Stränden im Süden einplanen. Sehenswert sind u.a. das Bananenmuseum und die Habitation Clément (Park mit Museum der Rumherstellung und Verkauf). Auch ein Bootsausflug zu den Sandbänken mit Picknick und Badestops lohnt sich. Im Süden kann man viele Wassersportarten betreiben und Kurse besuchen. Allein die Vegetation der Insel ist eine Attraktion für sich. Bequemes Schuhwerk nicht vergessen! Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter, nicht zuletzt wegen des vergleichsweise sehr guten Preis-Leistung-Verhältnisses. ##### Familie S. Wir wurden am Flughafen von dem Vermieter empfangen und zum Haus begleitet. Nach der langen Anreise waren wir angenehm überrascht, dass ein Abendessen auf uns wartete. Vielen Dank. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen brauchte. Das Moskito-Netz im Schlafzimmer hat seinen Zweck erfüllt und wir konnten ungestört schlafen. Die Internetverbindung war sehr gut. Das Anwesen liegt am Ortsrand von Gros Morne und das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, von der Terrasse hatte man Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen und Obstbäumen, in denen wir Kolibris beobachten konnten. Die reifen Papayas haben wir uns mit den Vögeln geteilt. Der Vermieter hat uns durch den Garten geführt und uns mit seinem umfangreichen Wissen die vielen Pflanzen und Obstbäume erklärt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen und werden beim nächsten Martinique-Urlaub das Haus wieder buchen. Maison neuve et fonctionnelle respectant l'habitat traditionnel de Martinique. Très propre et très saine. Bonne clim et bonne réception internet. Superbes terrasses avec un beau mobilier donnant sur un grand jardin tropical avec espèces variées et typiques. Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires: Visite du jardin avec explications, accompagnement au carnaval à Fort de France qui a été un moment très fort et heureux de nos vacances. Nous avons la nostalgie de ce séjour qui nous a permis de participer un peu à la vie locale. Nous avons eu beaucoup d'échanges grâce à nos hôtes qui nous ont ravis. La situation de cette location permet de visiter le nord de l'île qui nous a semblé plus authentique que le sud. Proximité de la presqu'île de la Caravelle, de la Montagne pelée, ST Pierre...Le départ a été difficile. Merci pour ces moments extraordinaires. Nous reviendrons. ##### martine o. Le gite du jardin est une propriété exceptionnelle où il fait bon vivre et le propriétaire est une personne charmante et très généreuse. La maison est très confortable et nous conseillons fortement cette location. Nous espérons y revenir très rapidement. ##### elisabeth l.
