Un havre de paix au centre de Groix

Séjour 2 adultes dans une maison spacieuse et très bien équipée.Un jardin très agréable avec des arbres fruitiers et une grande pelouse: très pratique avec un chien.Cette maison est située au centre du village, et à proximité du port: en arrivant du bâteau attention à la côte pour rejoindre le centre; Se renseigner sur les navettes municipales.Sinon à pied, c'est une façon de se dégourdir les jambes après la traversée.Les sentiers côtiers ne sont jamais éloignés;Nous avons passé 9 jours de dépaysement sur l'île sans voiture, sans vélo !

Charmante maison au bourg

Très joile maison, propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belles vacances !Très joli jardin bien agréable pour déjeuner, lire ou se reposer.A la sortie du bourg donc proche de tous commerces et au calme.Et pour conclure la mère du propriétaire qui vous accueille est charmante, prevenante et réactive en cas de besoins. Tres heureux d'avoir loué cette maison !

Super séjour

Cette maison est idéalement située, proche des commerces, du port et des plages à pied. Nous avons eu un très bonne accueil et cette maison a été une très belle découverte. Propre, confortable, très bien équipée et agencée. Le jardin est très agréable et arboré de manière à avoir des points d'ombres tout au long de la journée, nos toutous ont adorés (il est complètement clôt, pas de risque que vos compagnons s'échappent). La terrasse est à l'ombre de temps de midi, génial pour manger dehors. Un vrai havre de paix pour décompresser.

Logement parfaitement situé a proximite immédiate du bourg mais très calme avec jardin clos de murs. Équipement très complet. Bon état de propreté. Attention une seule chambre néanmoins, malgré la surface importante du logement, tout de plein pied.

Très belle maison de ville

Ce logement est beaucoup plus grand qu'il ne paraît. C'est la première fois que nous louons une maison aussi bien équipée : vaisselle, batterie de cuisine ( grandes gamelles pour faire cuire les crustacés) et électroménager, tout y est. Je vous le recommande. Le seul bémol, c'est l'entrée qui donne directement sur la route. Ce n'est pas le périphérique non plus, mais attention avec les enfants.

Maison de pêcheur authentique avec charme et spécificités (un peu sombre mais c'est l'authenticité). Jardin clos avec arbres fruitiers très agréable, placement parfait à la limite du bourg. Très bon séjour.

Gîte bien situé, mais pas confortable en hiver.

Nous sommes rentrés (après avoir attendu la personne de l'accueil) dans une maison froide et humide. Les sanitaires sont dans une partie qui n'est pas chauffée (juste un radiateur type sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, mais c'est comme de chauffer dehors). Sans chauffer énormément, nous en avons eu pour 47 euros d'électricité (calculez ça au mois, personne n'a ce genre de facture d'électricité). Dommage, le gîte est très bien situé, même si très sombre.

Location avec certains atouts

Originaires du Sud Finistère, nous nous sommes décidés pour découvrir l île de groix pour une petite escapade iodée sur cette île au large de Lorient (comptez 40 mns de traversée). Notre choix s est porté sur ce locatif fidèle aux photos du site. Idéalement situé proche du bourg(5mns à pied) avec ses 2 petites surface ( inter marché et carrefour contact ouverts en continu).des petits commerces sont aussi bien présents Très joli jardin à li abri des regards, belle expo sud, pelouse. Calme côté jardin. Points négatifs: salle de bains et toilettes mal isolées ( entre 10 et 12 degrés). Le propriétaire met à dispo certes des chauffages électriques d appoint mais sachez que l Electricité est en supplément : nous avons eu pou 35 euros entre le 16 et 19 mars (2 adultes).aucune photo n’est d ailleurs pas publiée sur ces 2 pièces. Propreté correcte du logement. Par contre prévoyez du charbon de bois car non fourni par le proprio, ni les cubes d ´allumage.
