Beautiful character property ideal for a family, ideally placed for visiting the various points of interest in the Perigord Noir (Monpazier, Domme, Sarlat, Beynac, etc ...) Located at the top of a valley it offers a superb view of the surrounding countryside, a 3 hectare plot, a pretty borie and a swimming pool. In a small hamlet, peace and quiet are guaranteed for families. In the outbuildings are housed a laundry room, and a large storage space for fruit and vegetables and American fridge. In the house, on the ground floor, large kitchen (stove with 2 ovens, microwave, fridge and small household appliances), large SAM with a beautiful large fireplace, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom (shower + bath), a desk , and a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace. La maison est bien équipée. La piscine est grande et propre. Le jardin entretenu. La seule mauvaise surprise, c'est cette usine à 300m en contrebas, qui enlaidit une partie du paysage et génère un disgracieux ronronnement toute la matinée. Quant à la propriétaire elle a eu la bonne idée de demander à une adorable dame du coin, que je salue au passage, de recevoir les locataires, ce qui compense l'absence de communication réelle avec elle... ##### Scali D.
