  • Fully renovated contemporary villa with a mineral and refined design, nestled in the quiet of the pines in the Cigales district of Grimaud, 200 metres from the beach of Les Cigales: an exclusive refuge for an exceptional stay in peace and quiet on the French Riviera, welcoming up to 10 travellers.
    The villa has 4 bedrooms including 3 suites with private bathrooms, and a space with 4 bunk beds and private bathroom, the entire space of the house air-conditioned. Two suites located upstairs, has its own private balcony with panoramic sea views. Two TV screens are distributed throughout the house for everyone's comfort.

    The outdoor space is the real asset of Villa Penelope: a private swimming pool open all year round, surrounded by sun loungers and parasol. Large covered terrace equipped with a plancha, garden furniture, and a table, 10/12 covers. An outdoor shower, a petanque court, and a carport to park cars, complete this outdoor living space.

    Inside, the architect's kitchen is complete: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle. ++laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ice maker are available.

    Villa Penelope is located in the residential area of Les Cigales, one of the most popular locations in Grimaud. The Plage des Cigales, a charming sandy beach facing Saint-Tropez with its picturesque little lighthouse, is a 3-minute walk away.

    The medieval village of Grimaud and its castle overlooking the Gulf are 10 km away. Port Grimaud, nicknamed the "Venice of Provence", is 9 km away. Saint-Tropez, its famous Place des Lices market 15 km away and the mythical beaches of Pampelonne are easily accessible by car or shuttle boat.
