Beaches, shops, restaurants, water sports, and even a bowling alley are all nearby. Port Grimaud is just 2 km away, Saint-Tropez 6 km, and Sainte-Maxime 9 km.  
  
Modern and Well-Equipped Space: Set on a 575 m² plot, the property includes a large private pool (4 x 8 m, with a depth of 1 m to 1.6 m), surrounded by a beautiful lounge area with sun loungers and a spacious garden seating area.
