Our stay was great and excellent! We really enjoyed Grimaud and St Tropez! The appartment was clean, a lot of space for the children, all the cooking stuff you need! Its was a good choice to spend our holiday. We really enjoyed our time there!
I travel to South of France every year with friends and been to different properties but I would say Katy’s place is my favorite and would consider using it every year now … it’s a touch down for all my checklist , location location location The communication is clear and fast .. cleanliness is topNotch . Had a great time with my girlfriends .Highly recommended ! Thank you for making this trip great .
The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It is very modern and lovingly furnished. Everything is very clean. The equipment is perfect, nothing is missing. Katy is a great host who looked after us wonderfully when our arrival was delayed until late at night. We can only recommend it and would love to come back.

be really careful!!!
Parking garage only fits small Citroen so we couldn’t use the garage and Street parking was really tough and lugging everything back to the apt not ideal. TV barely worked cuz of internet. Be really careful to use or touch anything in the apt because they will charge you afterwards for things you have or might not have used during your stay. I don’t think they should not rent out their place.
Die Wohnung gestaltet sich sehr weitläufig und ist ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel, vor allem sind die Klimageräte in allen Zimmern eine Erleichterung. Für eine Familie mit fünf Personen war die Wohnung sehr gut dimensioniert. Drei Punkte sind zu kritisieren: Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenden Hauptstraße, geräuschempfindliche Personen sollten dies berücksichtigen. Der Pool ist eher unattraktiv und die Garage ist leider wirklich nur für Kleinst-PKW nutzbar.
Deze prachtige Penthouse heeft werkelijk alles. Mooi, gezellig, proper, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, ook garage. Prima ligging nabij dorpskern Grimaud. Heel goed onthaal en goede informatie ontvangen. Dit is een aanrader voor een aangenaam verblijf.
Für kurze Trips ist die Unterkunft geeignet jedoch weniger für mehrere Tage, da ein Zimmer sehr klein ist und keine Möglichkeit bietet die Koffer abzustellen und das Dachgeschosszimmer ist offen hin zum Wohnbereich und ebenfalls die Dusche und Toilette. Durch die Dachschräge ist es schwierig bei normaler Größe sich zu richten bzw. Zu duschen.
het appartement is prima! van alle gemakken voorzien! een heerlijke luxe bbq, overal airco, een fijn balkon! ook snelle reactie van verhuurder/tussenpersoon wat we erg waardeerden! we hebben genoten! het enige aandachtspunt is het parkeren. in het hoogseizoen is het erg lastig dichtbij te parkeren.
Das Appartment ist sehr gepflegt und aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war unkompliziert und das Check-in sehr flexibel. Auch die sehr schöne Lage und die ruhige Umgebung tragen ungemein der Erholung bei.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr ausgewogen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bonne communication et disponibilité du propriétaire et de la personne qui s'occupe de la location sur place. Très bel et spacieux appartement fraichement rénové. Grimaud est un super emplacement pour accéder aux différents endroits à visiter de la région.
