Property is located on a very busy road with no footpath - a car is essential as it would be treacherous trying to cross the road or even walk along that side of the road - It is not safe or possible to walk anywhere.
The property is compact with a small gap in the wall in the master bedroom into a shower which has a sink in the shower - I’ve never seen anything like it!
The twin bedroom is accessed via a narrow ladder like staircase - this was not detailed in the property listing.
The only toilet is in a small cupboard and the second shower is located in a utility area. There is no proper shower room at all in the property.
The pool area has no sun loungers and the walls of the pool were green.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this property for a family holiday. It is far more suitable for students.
Tolle Wohnung in einer kleinen abgeschlossenen Wohnsiedlung mit einem Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattete, sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen Garten und durch das Törchen durch waren wir direkt am Gemeinschaftspool.. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies. Es war genug Platz. Das Meer ist nicht weit. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man alles gut erreichen. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen und kommen gerne wieder.einziges Manko ist, dass die Straße zu Sainte Maxime oder Richtung Saint Tropez sehr voll
Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und für von der Größe für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend (wir waren sogar zu 5. mit Kleinkind). Der Pool ist keine 5 Meter vom Gartentor entfernt und zu einem sehr schönen ruhigen Sandstrand läuft man 5min, das ist super. Was echt schade ist, ist das es keinen Sonnenschirm für den Garten/Pool gibt (Der Schatten der Überdachung der Terrasse reicht wenn die Sonne entsprechend steht nur für 2 Stühle ;-)) und auch keine Liegen am Pool vorhanden sind (wahrscheinlich da dieser mit mehreren genutzt wird). Der größte Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage im Haus gibt. In dieser kleinen Wohnung und einem Zimmer „unter dem Dach“ herrschen hier schnell 40 Grad plus. Der riesige Kühlschrank ist super, aber heizt die Wohnung natürlich auch noch weiter auf. Auch gibt es keine Dunstabzugshaube und das macht es dann in Summe trotz mehrerer Ventilatoren zum schlafen fast unmöglich. Wir haben aber gehört, dass dies wohl zeitnah geändert werden soll.
Zentrale Lage, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu starten. Selbst der Strand ist nur 300 Meter zu Fuß entfernt. Das Objekt selbst war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und frisch renoviert. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach ist aufgrund der Wärme nicht so optimal und nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen und hat nicht überall Kopfhöhe wegen der Dachschräge. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist wunderbar.
Auch die Terasse und der Garten lässt sich gut nutzen. Es besteht ein sehr gepflegter sauber Gemeinschaftspool., auch ein separater Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wünschenswert wäre eine Klimaanlage, da die beiden bereitgestellten Ventilatoren es nicht schaffen, zumindest Nachts die Luft entscheidend herunter zu kühlen. Unter dem Strich trotzdem ein sehr schönes Objekt, welches wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen werden.
