This charming 110 square meter apartment is perfect for a vacation with family or friends.  
It has a garden with a terrace and two parking spaces. It can accommodate up to 10 people.  
You will love its quiet location in a secure residence.

Warm and well appointed, the house includes:

\- four bedrooms with two double beds and four single beds ;

\- a fully equipped kitchen ;

\- and a lounge area with two convertible sofas to relax after a day of walking.  
  
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: baby bed, hair dryer, television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, fan, microwave, oven and iron. Sheets and towels are provided.  
A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.  
  
One of the assets of the accommodation is its location. It is located 3 km from Port Grimaud, 2 km from the city center where you will find everything you need and 5 km from the beach.  
Moreover, you will not be able to miss discovering the essential places which make the fame of the city such as:  
\- the Castle of Grimaud (8 minutes by car) ;  
\- the Pont des Fées and the Moulin Saint-Roch (7 minutes away);  
\- the Heritage Museum (3 minutes away); and many others...

Grimaud is a French commune located in the department of Var, on the French Riviera.
