Charming Renovated House with Stunning Views of Historic Grimaud Castle

La Petite Villa Jaune is a fully renovated villa with a private pool in a gated community near the historic village of Grimaud. Nearby are restaurants, two bakeries, a grocery shop, wine bars and art galleries. Grimaud's market is held on Thursdays; Saint-Tropez, 10 km away, holds markets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Pampelonne Beach and its beach clubs are within easy reach.



The villa has modern, elegant interiors. All rooms are on one level, bright and comfortable. The living room has a fireplace for cosy winter evenings and a relaxation area with a TV and audio system. Wide glass doors open the dining area to the outdoors, giving it the feel of a covered terrace. Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200 cm); the third has two single beds (80x200 cm). One bathroom is en suite, the second is shared. There is also a separate guest toilet.



The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A laundry room with a washer-dryer and large fridge-freezer adds convenience.



The house sits on landscaped grounds in a guarded community. The covered pool house offers views of Grimaud's medieval castle and the sunsets, with a lounge area and a table for six. The pool measures 7 x 3 m and is 1.50 m deep.



The community is on the Route Nationale, with quick access to the coast and neighbouring villages.



Dogs are welcome on request (maximum 1, well-behaved, not allowed on the sofa or bed).
