WIFI Balcony with a beautiful view on the canal. Quiet area in Port Grimaud South. This lovely 2-room apartment has been renovated in a pure clear style. It is located on the 1st floor of a small building. It is composed of a living-room with an open-plan kitchen (washing-machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer) and a sofa-bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a shower-room. The linen and towels are not included in the rental. WIFI A wide sunny balcony with a beautiful view on the canal and the boats. A private parking space near-by. LINEN and TOWELS and END-OF-STAY CLEANING NOT INCLUDED. During your holidays you will have the opportunity to play Pétanque under the trees on the ground that is in the street. Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles (during their working period) to get around Port Grimaud and go to the beach or the market place in Port Grimaud 1. The beach and the restaurants are about 5-minute away by walk. Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...) Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime... Additional information: • Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Es war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Die Fotos auf der Airbnb-Website wurden dem tatsächlichen Zustand des Apartments gerecht. Alles war makellos sauber und gut gepflegt.
