The sheets looked like it was not changed at all. When we opened the drawers, there were some trash, hanger and a roll of tissue paper. The place is definitely dated and needs some renovation.

Our room was very dirty. They recycled the shampoo bottles with makeup smeared on them. There were “remnants” of previous guests in the bathroom, including I. rhe toilet bowl and pubic hair everywhere. The bed has cigarette burns through the duvet cover. I was awakened at three in the morning by a strong smell of weed.

The property was close to the airport. There are lots of good food options within walking distance. The check in process needs to be improved 8 guest stood in line with only one hotel clerk checking them in at the 3:00 check in. Very unprofessional. Also, one of the hotel clerks did not great the guest appropriately. Her first comments to three different guest who were checking in consecutively, was "ID and Credit Card please"... Never hello, never welcome to La Quinta!

When I arrived around 1130PM, they gave my first room and it was dirty with hairs on the floor, the closet under the sink was dirty too. They gave me another room and on first night, the water on the shower is ok not too cold not too hot. 2nd night, I called the front desk and they said I have to play around the lever on the shower to get hot water. She said that is the way and she will send someone to check on the shower. I waited till 11pm and no one showed up. I have to sleep without taking a shower that night. 3rd night, I thought they fixed the shower and still cold. I went to the front desk and complained so after few minutes, the maintenance guy showed and he did something and was advised its working already. I checked on the water and it was hot for few minutes then after few minutes it was cold again. good thing the maintenance guy was still there and he did adjust something. He said that is the best he can do. The only way he can fix is to replace the valve and I have to request to change room. It was late at night and was tired. I did showered cold. Front desk should have remedied it on the 2nd day. Another thing, their breakfast, they only serve egg, waffle and ham. scrambled egg looks like really dry. Coffee they serve does not taste good. They serve orange only as the fruit and looks like already rotten. The reason I give 2 stars because of the location and price

The whole property needs a thorough cleaning... the first room smelled, walls were so thin I could hear the people in the next room walking, and there were bugs on the vanity. I switched rooms which was slightly better but honestly did not want to touch anything. Although proximity to airport was good I won't be staying here again.

Everything was great but no pool. It was under construction I guess . Overall great. Love that the shuttle was available .

Very easy to get to right off of the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Wish the shower water was a little hotter but, besides that loved my stay!
