As always the staff at the OYO Newquay are the reason I regularly stay here. They are very professional and personable, diligently solving any issue a guest may have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again

The staff (Bea, Noah, Sarah, Freddie and Todd the chef) made me feel very welcome, which is something you appreciate when you travel solo. At the end of day, the Rosevine is a very delightful hotel.
