"Excellent area & facilities. Unfortunately it was cold & the radiators in our room didn’t work - it was obvious they needed servicing. The restaurant food was very good but our steak order was taken by an unpleasant man. Breakfast was good but with offhand service from a different man. Never felt valued guests. "

"Dit hotel is door ons gekozen op de goede beoordeling maar is ons daarom wat tegengevallen. De kamer is prima, schoon en met een goed bed. Het is alleen hier en daar wat gedateerd met bv een kapot plafond. De ontvangst is super vriendelijk. Wij hadden het idee dat het hotel bijna leeg was maar toch moesten we naar de tweede verdieping en er is geen lift in het hotel. De ontbijtkamer was ook zeer rommelig met een strijkplank, een hoop beddengoed, schoonmaakmiddelen enz. Het ontbijt is wat karig,...

"We went there as an alternative to staying in an ibis , the renovation of this chateau was great, although the rooms are hot no air conditioning or fans provided, we asked about dinner and they said yes but the meals were limited and we’re heated by a micro wave , the staff tried hard and we’re pleasant , when we got there the door was locked (after 4.00pm) and took a while to get in touch with them. "

Pas de chauffage 16 degrés dans la chambre toute la nuit. "Première réservation avec Hôtel.com. Extrêmement déçu, les 2 nuits nous ont couté 40% plus cher que le tarif affiché dans la chambre. Nous n'avions pas encore connu cela avec d'autres sites de réservation en ligne. De plus nous pensions être dans un hôtel or il s'agit d'une chambre d'hôte réservée plutôt à des pèlerins, literie en mauvais état. Accueil strict, poli mais sans considération normalement attendue pas des touristes."
