Greysouthen Holidays from £319

Staff were amazing, they worked so hard doing long hours. Room was spacious, large bed but very hard and a bit uncomfortable. Nice clean bathroom. Lights a bit dull and awkward to see to do makeup . Plenty of choice for breakfast diners. Prices of rooms are good . Venue rooms were lovely and decorated well. Ideal for people who want to play golf or go in the spa .

Great location and really nice, spacious and clean rooms. This was a great place to stay for exploring Newcastle and also very comfortable and cozy. Staff are excellent too, and the free morning coffee and croissant are a nice perk!

Enjoyed my stay. The food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Couple of points. It was not obvious on entering the grounds where the entrance was. Having a hot drinks dispenser on the corridor is not brilliant as I am not getting up to go down the corridor to have a drink in bed. Revising the room layout, especially the strange wardrobe thing and moving the television table completely would leave room for a better smaller wardrobe and for the TV to go on the wall just above and to the right of the bathroom light switch. Other wise I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.
