Sorry but the food was awful, like really bad. I saw someone order Uber eats at our awards function because the food was so bad. Breakfast both days was cold and dried out. Staff were helpful but when we asked about air con not working in our room we were advised it is not turned on when it is cold outside and we should just open the windows. They brought us as pedestal fan as it was so hot in our room and we couldn't sleep without air circulation.

There is a restaurant beside it if you are too tired to go anywhere to eat. Internet was good. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Has laundry and dryer for long stay guests. Walkable distance to a big shopping mall nearby.

"I love Quest , I pick this company because of its comfort and great service. Ballarat Quest was good , but definitely not sound proof . Unfortunately our neighbors came back around 3.30 am we could hear them in the corridor talking then entering there room , they were very loud for an another good ..."
