The accommodation
⭐ Each room is lockable and will be equipped with a 140x200 bed for your sweet nights with a TV as well as a wardrobe large enough to store all your belongings. A desk with a lamp will also be at your disposal. Note that the Golden gate Room and Empire State Room is equipped with a bathroom cabinet with sink. The latter also has a private balcony.

⭐ The common area is composed of an entrance with a beautiful wooden table to take your meals with a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. You will have a dedicated space to store your belongings.

⭐ Adjacent, you will have access to a living room with a custom-made bench opening onto a balcony. A TV is also in this room.

⭐ You will have access to a very beautiful shower room with its vanity unit, which will offer you storage space. For optimal comfort, a towel dryer has been installed.

⭐ A cellar with washing machine and dryer will also be at your disposal.

⭐ Among the well-thought-out services, you will also find free Wi-Fi with very high speed as fibre is installed in the accommodation.

⭐ You can park near the accommodation because even if the parking spaces are not private, they are completely free of charge all around the condominium.

Finally, I would like you to let me know 45 minutes before your arrival so that I can be on site for your arrival 😊🔑.

➡️ Extras: You will have access to a link after your reservation (which does not require any registration and is completely optional) for any additional request including early and late departures which are possible depending on availability. An additional fee may be requested.

➡️ A SECURITY DEPOSIT is mandatory: This amounts to eight hundred euros.

It must be sent to the establishment by bank imprint the day before or the morning of your arrival and then it will be returned to you a maximum of 7 days after departure if no damage has been found.

It is a pre-authorisation process, which allows you to reserve an amount on a customer's bank card without debiting it immediately. This is a common practice, this precaution makes it possible to secure an amount to cover any additional costs or potential disputes.

Other remarks
⭐ The surroundings of the Grenoble agglomeration are full of natural beauty and leisure activities. In just 30 minutes by car, you can enjoy the beauty and freshness of the lakes of Laffrey or Vercors.

⭐ Your arrival kit includes 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat and kitchen linen, bed linen, as well as household essentials such as cooking oil, vinegar, spices, washing up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 coffee pod/person and 1 roll of toilet paper.

⭐ The area is also well connected by public transport, with a tram and bus stop conveniently located 2 minutes from the entrance of the building, making it easy to travel effortlessly to nearby attractions. You can reach the Bastille (known for its famous bubbles) in 20 minutes by tram and/or bus in 20 minutes or 16 minutes with the same transport to the city centre.

⭐You will have all the necessary shops at your disposal near the accommodation: fast food, bakery, Super U, Vival, bicycle repair workshop...

⭐ As already mentioned, following your booking, you will have access to a link that will allow you to take extras that are optional.

⭐ Pets are not allowed.
