Some staff can’t speak english and it was so hard to communicate with them! Luckily, there was one who can speak a little and he was really helpful for telling what to take for transportation!

We had an excellent stay at the Boutique Hotel XV . The staff were very very helpful ,always smiling, and super efficient.
Our room was fabulous and very clean with all the amenities mentioned.
The hotel was located in a lovely quiet area of Strasbourg. And it was very easy for us to navigate our way around the city .
All in all an excellent stay .

Great location for the Christmas markets, just 2 blocks to get there. Hotel was lovely, room was great and staff were helpful and spoke beautiful English. The hotel restaurant has wonderful food. Totally enjoyed our stay
