The beach is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear, warm water. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, the area is peaceful and the view can only be described as heavenly. The host was exceptionally communicative and made the check-in and check-out process completely seamless. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway was provided. "We spent a week in this wonderful house at the beginning of September. It was still VERY hot and stormy as well, but the air conditioning in the cottage was more than up to the task and listening to the storms at night while we were safe inside was wonderful. On the clear nights the stars were incredible! The view from the deck out into the sea is unbeatable and we loved sitting on the porch just watching the waves. Sea turtles were regular visitors as well and we could often see 3 or 4 swimming in the waters below. If the seas are calm, the snorkeling from the stairs on the side of the cliff is really great - as good as anywhere else we went on the island. The ladder down into the water is fairly long and does require some strength to get up and down. As long as you are able-bodied it's no problem (my husband and I are both 50 and in average shape & were able to navigate it fine). The cottage feels remote, but is only minutes from the center of Gregory Town which has several good restaurants and only 30 minutes from Governors Harbor. An ideal location for us! We stay in a lot of rental homes and Sea Cliff Cottage has been one of our very favorite. I can't recommend it enough!"

"This little house is exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. I spent my days swimming around back with a few fishes I befriended. From the deck we saw turtles poking their heads out of the water and even a sting ray! Driving around in a golf cart was so fun and the island is surprisingly quiet in August. Food at all restaurants was delicious."

"Paradise cove is a beautiful home that has everything you could need. It's very well stocked and everything to feel like home. So if you forget something they probably have it. The beds are very comfortable and the space is very relaxing. We loved the daybed swings on the porch. It was the perfect place for a cup of coffee and sit and stare at the ocean in the mornings. It's just a short path to get down to the ocean and then you are in a protected cove. Perfect for lady days floating. This house was perfect for two couples and would definitely stay here again."

"The property sits in a beautiful location, overlooking a little cove in the heart of Gregory Town. It’s perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything—we loved sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the morning activity around the cove.The location is also very convenient to a variety of beaches and adventures around the island.There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils for preparing meals. The AC worked well, the internet was reliable, and the shower had great water pressure. It is common for Gregory Town to experience short power outages throughout the day, but everything in the house came back online smoothly each time.The water toys were all as advertised and a nice addition to the stay.The host and local maintenance person were both kind, helpful, and responsive.Overall, I would definitely recommend this property, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in the heart of Gregory Town."
