The front desk staff was very helpful when we phoned in because we didn’t know where parking was. He guided us right to the spot. Very convenient access to the hotel and to the surrounding area. Our room had everything we needed and was quiet. We will come again when we visit the city.♥️

The room was very clean and fine in every way. We weren't really welcomed with any warmth by the desk staff, and we were quite surprised by the response when we asked about early check-in (we were about 75 minutes early, I believe). In every other hotel we have visited, the response has always been the same: "Let me see if your room is ready." But here, there was no attempt to accommodate an early check-in. It was simply, "I can check you in early for $50.00." The implication was that a room could be ready, but it would cost us. That was a first for me, and I wasn't a fan. It didn't help that there was no explanation, no offer to check our luggage until check-in time, and no friendliness. Otherwise, our stay was fine.
