Lakefront property with fenced level yard, private dock, direct lake access, plenty of off street parking, garage, laundry, and more. 50 miles from NYC. THINGS TO DO: The area is filled with wonderful outings all year round. We border both Sterling Forest, Appalachian Trail heads, and Harriman State Park (among others) for boundless hiking and biking. We have a beautiful 30 mile bike trail approximate 20 minutes away called the Heritage trail. You can pick it up in the town of Monroe, Chester or Goshen. If you don't have bikes, Joe's Fix it Bike Shop in Goshen rents bikes and you can catch the paved well maintained trail from there. The village organizes many events during all seasons. You can visit gwlny dot o r g for event and beach concert schedules. SUMMER: In the summer enjoy all the delights of lake life right in your backyard! Additional sleeping areas are: Queen sleeper sofa in game room, and twin or queen air mattress can be set up upon request. Garage has laundry, and houses all outdoor cushions, firewood stater bundle, umbrellas, lawn games, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle board, life jackets, and more. No EV charging available at the house. You can find several charging stations nearby. Direct Lake Access from fully fenced backyard, 70 feet of lake frontage with private dock, large deck, multiple seating and dinning areas, fire pits, sun loungers, play set, hammock and more. \*Private spaces like supply closets on the upper level for our cleaners, and outdoor shed for property maintenance crew are kept locked during your stay. HOUSE MANUAL: 1\. SELF CHECK-IN with keypad any time after 3pm and Check-Out by 10am 2\. NO PETS 3\. NO PARTIES/EVENTS. It is so well appointed and all of the little touches made this a fantastic stay. The beds are so comfy, and the views were great from the upstairs bedroom. I loved the balcony and the views of stars at night. The backyard and deck are great for grilling and sunning and just chilling having drinks and relaxing. we walked to local restaurants and it’s such a cute little town.
