Such a relaxing home! We loved the outdoor areas and the kids play area & the ponies were a fun bonus!! Close to town but very quiet! Can't wait to come back again!

Love the country

We loved our stay, the property is lovely and secluded, peaceful and relaxing. We plan on staying here again when visiting Arkansas. We were visiting my grandson for high school play, and this was a perfect get a way for the family. The decor is so country, and you can relax outside and just enjoy the quiet. Thank you, we will be back.

Perfect

My children and i came to visit my older children and grandchildren that live in the area. The location was perfect for us. The house was decorated beautifully. The only complaint would be that it was to cold to enjoy everything this property has to offer. We did feed the ponies and play outside the first day before it got really cold. it was great. I definitely plan on booking again .

Great stay! Cozy place with plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen, complimentary wine. Just far enough out of town to really unwind in the country. Feeding animal crackers to the two mini horses was a fun surprise! Would definetly stay here again!

Everything was set up as though the house was waiting for us to come and feel welcome. The resident pony was at the fence saying hello as we were unloading our car.

Linda was an awesome host. She was very accommodating to all of our needs and exceeded my expectations 1000 times. The living room tv was very small but thats just a personal preference. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area again!!

Wonderful quiet, super clean home with all you need.

We loved it. I had a bit of time finding it in the dark but mostly because I was tired after driving 200 miles. Maybe some solar accent lighting on the path to the front of house would assist for late night arrivals.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second time staying here. We came for a week in November and loved it so much that we had to come back. I wish i could stay longet! Perfect location for us and we love being outside of town and hidden away. Highly recommend. The only issue was poison ivy. My son is highly allergic and so he could not go around the playhouse or around the swing set. As careful as we were he still got a little. Just be aware and watch where you walk.
