Beautiful 4 bedroom Lakehouse on a deep water cove on Lake Greenwood.

This beautiful lake house on Lake Greenwood boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors and an open living area with a wall of windows facing the lake. It has a spacious great room with a stone fireplace and gas logs. There is one bedroom and bath on the main level. Two bedrooms and bath on the second level and one bedroom and bath on the basement level. It has a large wraparound deck that overlooks the lake and has a walkout basement with a bedroom, bathroom, second kitchen and open game room with a ping pong table, 50" flat screen TV, foosball table and dining area. The lower patio has a Gas Weber Grill for those family barbeques. You can relax while the food is grilling with a beautiful view of the lake. The patio also has a picnic table for those outdoors dining experiences. Two 12 foot Old Town Loon Kayaks are available to renters for a scenic cruise around the lake. One of the kayaks is a fishing kayak if there is a fisherman in your group. The property is located only 9 miles from the state park and 15 minutes from downtown Greenwood. There is a gas station and large grocery chain less than a mile from the lake house for added convenience. We are also located near 5 golf courses to challenge the golfers in the group.

As you may already be aware from our reviews, we are known for having a sparkling clean lake house. For your safety, we have put into place additional cleaning and disinfecting.

Our dock is well suited if you want to bring your own boat and tie up during your stay. We have doc cleats and bumpers on one side of the dock.

Our stay for Thanksgiving was wonderful. Plenty of room for the family without stepping all over one another, and lots to keep everyone entertained. Views from the deck and boathouse were exceptional and relaxing. Even with November temps, we enjoyed being outside.

Christmas family gathering

Great property for multiple families or grown children with their own. Lots of activities and games at the house even though it was winter, and a large common area and large dining table. Enjoyed some of the outdoors and would be an amazing place in the summer.

We have stayed in this home a couple times. It’s by far the best house we have stayed at in the Greenwood area. The house has everything you could need for your family and we’re entertaining space for our young children.

My wife and I and my daughter and her boyfriend stayed in this lovely, lakeside home for 4 days recently. We entertained my wife’s family from Greenwood and Spartanburg and can say we all had an excellent time. Would recommend this location to anyone as it had something for everyone!

We had a wonderful time at Water’s Edge! The setting and amenities were just what we needed for a family getaway. Our group made use of the dock, kayaks, and games. The house had many spots for gathering to catch up and relax. We definitely recommend a visit to Water’s Edge on Lake Greenwood.

The house was just as advertised. Plenty of room and activities. Great fishing off the dock and plenty of space to have separation if you need some quiet time. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of extras. Highly recommended and we will return. Easy drive to Lander University to visit students and sports.

We loved staying at Water’s Edge! The accommodations were great! We enjoyed the separate floors and comfortable seating areas! We also loved all the activities around the house. The fish weren’t biting but that didn’t matter. We had dinner at the Mill House and absolutely loved it! We will stay again.

Everything You Need

The house was stocked with everything you need for a great stay. There was ping pong, foos ball, basketball hoop & games galore. The only negative was the amount of steps (68) down to the lake which may not be ideal for some but otherwise a fabulous place.
