Ideal for 2 families or two couples, this peaceful retreat sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms plus 2nd living room/ sunroom. Peaceful, relaxing waterfront property and only 2.5 hours drive from Sydney or Canberra. This quaint quirky cottage has; \- 2 x Bedrooms with Queen Beds and both also has 1 x single bed \- There is a sunroom with x 2 single beds and has a TIV, workspace desk and a lounge which is perfect for children \- There is x 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower \- The laundry is more like a butler\`s pantry/ laundry \- The house is fully fenced and the backyard is the water \- There are literally water views from the loungeroom, dining and one of the bedrooms. \- It has a Cottage vibe!
