  • 100 W. Court St., 1A. Our condo is very unique in all aspects. It is in a perfect downtown location with a parking place provided. The exposed brick walls and hardwood floors provide plenty of character and the furnishings provide all the luxuries of home. The condo is very open and spacious. You will enjoy the private outdoor patio accented with ivy walls and special lighting. For your convenience also has it's own private entrance for your convenience.

Beautiful spacious condo in the middle of downtown Greenville. Perfect location to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and Falls Park on the Reedy. Condo looks great in pictures, but even better in person! Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic tranquil oasis in the heart of downtown. Apartment is tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The security of the apartment and the parking was great. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend.

Great Downtown Greenville Apartment

Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is ideal and having a dedicated parking spot outside your door is so convenient. No need to drive all weekend as there are so many great places to eat and shop within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

The condo is clean, nicely furnished and love the patio. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and I loved the bathroom and luxury linens. Perfect location to enjoy everything in downtown Greenville. Even the sofa sleeper was comfortable.

We loved being right in the heart of Greenville. This location is close to so many restaurants, shopping, and the Reedy Creek Falls Park. The apartment was very well maintained. The bed was super comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be booking again in the future.

Super cute condo located in the center of town. We were able to walk to almost everything! The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. The owner provided a lot is nice little touches. One of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in. Loved the private patio! Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice place!

We enjoyed staying here. The location is great; we walked everywhere! Enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning. The only thing I’d change would be to add a bedroom door. When one of us wanted to stay up later, the living room TV and lights disturbed the one trying to sleep.
