When I arrived back to my room after a day away the TV would not work, front desk told me to look at the back of the TV, turn off power and restart and that should fix it. Found the cable box was broken, called back to let them know... there was no offer of other room, discount or sending maintenance. A bit dissapointed.

Clean and comfortable
The hotel is nice with a clean room. I didn’t give a 5 start due to non service of clean linens (towels) not being replenished.

Very nice, ultra clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and that was an important consideration for our stay in Greenville—a good night’s sleep.

Overall, good, clean, and convenient property. Our rooms had very low water pressure, which made showers near impossible for me, and impossible for my wife and daughter, who needed more water pressure to rinse conditioner/shampoo from hair. Otherwise, we do like Marriott properties, and the staff were helpful on everything but this. They didn’t have maintenance on-site when I talked to front desk about the water pressure issues.

The guest across from us was very rude and irate, the door was swinging all night & it was smoke in the air. So much so the front desk clerk said she smelled it too. Not to mention the rounded off charges. I was charged $162.72 through Expedia for 12/24/23-12/25/2023. Once I arrived I was told by front desk clerk that I will get charged a $20 incidental fee. Now $162.72 $20.00 = $182.72 all day. So please make it make sense why my card was charged $190.00

Sleepless and stinky
When we arrived the room looked great. The problems started when we returned to the room after dinner. The room was cold despite the thermostat being set at 77 degrees. It was 72 in the room by the thermostat. After reporting maintenance said it was just going to take a little bit to warm up. We asked for extra blankets and were told that they did not have but one. We turned the thermostat to 85 degrees and tried to get a hot shower. There was no hot water. When reporting this we were told that the hotel was full and that was the problem. At 2 o clock that night the room was sheltering hot. We turned the thermostat down and within an hour it was freezing again. The next morning we tried to get a shower and the water was still cold. It was hot at the sinks but cold in the shower. We booked this room for my son's graduation. Not to be able to sleep the night before the graduation and get showers was unacceptable. The staff were pleasant and nice but totally unhelpful when it came to the maintenance of the rooms.

Place not clean even though it was said the room was ready. There was hair in the bathroom and fingernails in one of the draws. Floor didn’t it seem to have been vacuumed well.
