A newly built (2025) lakeside haven where modern comfort meets the peaceful rhythms of nature. Tucked on a quiet rise along High Street in charming Greenville, this beautifully furnished getaway overlooks Moosehead Lake, with lake views and the soothing calls of loons to greet you.  
  
This thoughtfully designed cabin blends the rustic charm of Maine with all the amenities of new construction: vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and tasteful furnishings throughout. Whether you're here to explore, unwind, or do a little of both, you’ll find everything you need right here. The owners provide kayaks for guest use.

First Floor Master Suite – King bed, spa-style en suite with oversized tile shower and luxurious soaking tub.  
First Floor Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with en suite bath and walk-in shower.

The listing promised 4 bedrooms with regular beds but only had 3 bedrooms with regular beds. One in our party could not stay. The property manager and owner understood the mistake but only a refunded minimal amount for this huge inconvenience and false advertising.
