Had an issue with the power going out in a portion of my room. When I went up to report it, the lady at the front desk was cold, rude, and acted as if I was imposing on her. She finally said in a rude tone “well the only thing I can do is change your room,” which she did. My point is that it means a lot when the people you deal with are nice, which wasn’t the case here. I was actually made to feel as if I did something wrong. I travel a lot, especially in the past year. This is the first time I’ve encountered an attitude such as this person displayed.
