Welcome to Magnolia Cottage at Saluda River Farms!

Magnolia Cottage is one of 12 cottages on our little farm. You have an entrance and deck on the backside of the main house with a beautiful view of the mountains (in fall and winter). In summer, it will feel like you are vacationing in the trees. There are goats, pigs, rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats all friendly and wanting attention.

Relax. Rejuvenate. Refresh. Repeat at the Magnolia Cottage on Saluda River Farms. We are 8 miles to Downtown Greenville, 8 minutes to Furman University and a short ride to hiking, biking and waterfalls in the area. You'll love this cottage because of the coziness, peace and quiet and awesome views. Great for solo or couples adventurers / business travelers! Very private, 1 bedroom studio and nice bathroom, great deck with river views, gas grill and a kitchenette.

Guest access: The entrance is located on the backside of the main house - you will go down the path next to the shelter in the main parking lot. Make sure to stay to the right to avoid the motion detector going off in the main house. Brush past the Magnolia tree, and past the swing - you'll see the table and chairs and run into the front door. Guest access is easy with a keypad lock on the door - just enter the code when you arrive. The cottage is set up as a studio - you'll be greeted with a TV/Home theater to your right, Dining/Work area to your left and a bed straight ahead.

Other details to note: There are 2 chairs and a fire ring down by the river. It's our favorite place to hang out.
