Great hotel option!
Excellent hotel! Great service, friendly staff. Comfortable, conveniently located near airport. I love the Market in the lobby. The weather was bad so we didn't have to get out to get food.

The shower door wouldn't stay closed and the toliet made a horrible noise. It was disappointing because we always stay at Home 2 .

Good stay
Comfortable bed and pillow! Bathroom needed a little work. Regina was amazing. We decided to stay an extra night and the hotel was accommodating.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel On September 2nd through the 3rd. I prepaid for the stay through Hotels.com and knew that I would have to put a card on file for incidentals. My card declined twice when I knew there was money in my account, my partner uses his card, and it goes through. The hotel claims that the transaction wasn't approved but my bank statements show that the charge of $50 went through. It is now the 12th and neither one of us have received the return of the $50 charge on our cards. I've been going back and forth with the hotel for two days now and they said it is out of their hands at this point. They have been caught in several lies regarding our stay regardless of proof of charges being given upon their request. I feel like this wasn't an accident and they had to lie through the conversation because they were caught. Again, hotel was clean, and we were comfortable, but I wouldn't book with this hotel again off the fact that we were practically stolen from and are out of $100 even though we left the room spotless and with a $0 balance at check out. It's not about the money, it's about principle and integrity.

The room was not properly cleaned
There were many dusts and hairs on the room floor. One of the towls had someone's shaved face hair and bed sheets had blood stain... Molds around the bathroom, especially on the pumps for soaps. The location, service and others were great so they should clean up the room better.

Very friendly staff. Air conditioner in room was loud and there were dishes still in the dishwasher when we arrived. Also, not crazy about dogs being brought through the eating area during breakfast.

We are a pet friendly hotel so entering and exit the building with pets does happen, however, they are not allowed to "sit" in the breakfast during breakfast hours.
