Perfect bungalow!
This was the perfect house for our stay for Purple & Gold weekend. Only a 5 min drive to the baseball stadium, well appointed and comfortable. Extra blankets for each bedroom which was perfect when the temp dropped.

ECU visit
This is a great house, super close to ECU. We have stayed several times and it is our go to place to stay when visiting our son at ECU. Once we found it, it is always our first choice vs a hotel or any other rental. Thanks for having us again and all of your hospitality!

The home was exactly as advertised. The owners communicated frequently. I highly recommend this property especially if you'd like to walk to the football game.

Cute house in quiet neighborhood
This was a great place to stay close to everything. The house is spacious and the game room was a nice bonus with teenage boys.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood—sparkling clean with a very responsive host. Our daughter will be moving to ECU in the fall for medical school and we will definitely make this our home base when we visit. It was perfect for us!

Weekend visit
Our family visited to walk in the Greenville Type 1 JDRF event and this house was perfect! The location was great, easy access to downtown and campus (walkable to stadium). The house was clean, well-stocked and absolutely adorable and the owners were organized, accessible and kind. We loved it and hope to stay again when we come back.

Amazing Place to Stay
We stayed here with friends to attend my boyfriend's military ball at the convention center and it was perfect. It was close to the convention center, but also gave us good access to downtown Greenville afterwards. The beds were extremely comfy and there was plenty of room for us. The owner is really good about answering any questions along with answering back very quickly. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Greenville downtown area.

Wonderful host!
I loved the house and had a couple of questions and the owner was immediately available by phone and a note. The backyard was a beautiful oasis with lawn and trees. We sat outside and enjoyed our afternoon. I will definitely be back!

Perfect location and cute house
The location could not be better for a trip to ECU. The neighborhood is nice and so quiet, the house was spotless, and the beds super comfy. We also rented the bonus room out back for the teens and they loved having their own space. The deck area is great for hanging out and the porch swing is the perfect spot for coffee in the mornings. The fact that you could walk to a football game is amazing too. Should we find ourselves in Greenville again, we would love to stay here

Great Stay!
So happy we found this home! Dana was great at communicating. The house is adorable, clean and in a great location! It was nice to be able to “tailgate” inside because of the rain but would have loved to use the deck and backyard. 10 minute, easy walk to the stadium. Will definitely stay here again!

Cute clean family home in great location
This house was perfect for our weekend trip to Greenville! It was really cute and clean and the location was really close to downtown. The beds were comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom had all modern finishes. The shower pressure is awesome by the way! Also loved the reclining living room furniture. Loved staying here and were sad to leave it behind!

Perfect College Town Residence
We found the property very clean and accommodating for our weekend stay. The property is just blocks from Easter Carolina University and it's athletic fields where we could see ourselves staying there again on a football weekend.

spotless and perfect
Stayed here for 4 nights with a family of 5 (aged 48, 47, 14, 12 and 8). Check-in was incredibly smooth and communication from host was both quick and responsive. Property was spotless and well-stocked including several items we didn't expect but were pleasantly surprised to see. Location is convenient to everything in Greenville. Absolutely no complaints or constructive feedback whatsoever. If you're on the fence, RENT THE PLACE. You won't be disappointed and we're hoping to stay there again!

Lovely House!
Really liked this house. Very pleasant and cozy. Plenty of room to move around in. The bed were soooo comfortable too. I slept like a little baby child. Easy communication with the host. They were fantastic. We added an extra night and were most accommodating to the last min notice ( only if available and not already booked) the location was great, close to everything uptown. I, we highly recommend staying here! Thanks for having us!! :)

Great for families
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were 3 generations of family here, and all were comfortable. Everyone agrees the shower was awesome LOL. The location was perfect for us to get around, and the neighborhood was quiet. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Greenville :)

Great experience
The property is in a nice area and very clean. The property owner stayed in contact from the time of reservation until check out to make sure any questions or concerns could be addressed. Easy check in and check out, no issues with the house or stay! We had a fabulous time and will definitely look to reserve again if visiting the area!
