Nice little home
This was a good little house that holds a lot of people. The owners were super responsive and respectful. We extended a couple days and they were cool with it since nobody has it booked afterwards. The location was good, we met some neighbors with dogs, everyone and their animals were friendly too. We will definitely book again if we get back up that way.

A home away from home
The house was very clean and spacious. Had everything you would at home and more. Very nice neighborhood very quiet neighborhood and moments from any store Will definitely be booking it again when I go to Michigan

Up north get-away
This property felt like a home away from home. The house is actually larger than i had thought. Teen boys took the loft which is above rec room. They thought this room was so cool. The home had 3 fans aswell as air-conditioning. ( we always bring our own fan) The house was very well cleaned...baseboards were even dust free. The grill was operational and clean. We had a fire and sat in hot tub. We used this property for day trips to Grand Rapids and Michigan Adventure. Small town feel with large city convenience. We would stay again.

Beautiful property but a major plumbing issues and lack of towels for guests.
We love the layout of the property we had a few issues the main issue was the plumbing upon coming in we had to use the bathroom it was late at night we didn't get there until late. As soon as you flush the toilet the toilet started rising up high there was a plunger so I'm imagining maybe they know they have plumbing issues. The toilet would growl and the shower would make funny sounds we were kind of afraid to really take a shower. Also there was not enough towels for six people there was only two face towels that we found we had to go and purchase towels. In order for me to cook I had to wash pots and pans first there was food residue left in the pots and pans. Lastly we got in late it was dark there was no porch light on it took us over 30 minutes to try to enter the house with the code maybe if there were instructions sent to the potential customers on how to open the lock on the door with the codes we wouldn't have this issue in the future. We have stayed at many vacation homes and never have had an issue except for one time the heat was out in the lower level of one of the properties we stayed at but that was just it we have used vacation homes for years. Oh yeah also on the picture it shows a game table we were looking forward to using a game table to play a little pool or games but there was no game table the lower level as pictured on the advertisement.

You are really fishing….Whats odd is that you thought we would know about the plumbing issues. We had no idea, this is a rental and we do not live at it. At a rental you have to let the owner know of problems so that it can be fixed. You did not let us know until after you checkout and we had water damages. We were able to Roto-Rooter outside and fix it the day we found out the issue. Also most places do have plungers. Lol. It’s a normal household thing to have I thought? Also no communication about towels, we could of brought more for you, our cleaner originally thought it was only 2 people. That is how you first booked it. Also the game table cover just needed to be flipped, it’s shown in the pictures. Another thing you could of asked about and we could of easily helped. Poor communication. Would not host again.

Golden Retriever Specialty Field Trial
The house was as described and perfectly suitable for our purposes. We enjoyed to dining table for our work, and the two double beds were very comfortable. I would add, however, that the steep climb to the upstairs bedroom might be difficult for a mobility-impaired person. The kitchen was nicely appointed and easy to work in. All in all, a lovely stay. In fact, I am returning to Greenville for a stay in the same house for its cleanliness, comfort and proximity to another field trial and ease of communication with the host.

Attentive owners- good stay!
We had a great time. The house is perfect for families. The listing only states 1 large TV, but their is one in every room, which was great. Lots of kitchen tools, spices, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out & have own spaces. Owners were very attentive & accommodating. I did only give 3 stars on cleanliness, but it was addressed by owners & they hired a cleaning company for a deep clean after our stay. Hot tub & back yard corn hole was a big hit. Nice set up overall, walking distance to town.

Great place for a family
We came into town for a wedding and found this gem. It's clean, great location, and great hosts. There was nothing that I needed that I couldn't find at this place (iron, blow dryer, etc). There was plenty of room for 6 people (3 adults and 3 teenage boys that are bigger than one of the adults). Plenty of beds for us all and 2 bathrooms!! Will definitely look at booking this place again on our next trip.

A fantastic stay!
My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Heidi was great and very quick to respond to any questions. One thing I will say about being in town is there was a lot of yelling in the neighborhood during the day which made us a little uneasy but we understand there isn’t much that can be done about that. Besides that our stay was fantastic and we would totally come back again!

Great place!
The house was super cute and cozy! The hot tub was amazing as well. The loft space was super cute along with the bedrooms. Overall a great experience!
