Great stay

We did a quick getaway for fall break. The home is lovely and included all the comforts of home including spices, snacks and toiletry items. It is tastefully decorated with outdoor space to relax. Proximity to town was appreciated! I would definitely stay here again!

Roomy, clean great for groups

A few friends and I stayed at this property when we are in town and it was really great for a group. Very clean and the description is spot on. Not walkable to downtown but you can walk to a creamery and a delicious breakfast spot. Host was fantastic and the property was well stocked!

Perfect stay-best VRBO experience

This beautiful property had everything, and more, that our family needed. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, sister-in-law, and our two adult kids to spend time together. The house was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable with extra blankets, and the thermostat was adjustable for our preference. The two separate outdoor spaces overlook a large yard with a creek, creating a sense of privacy. The host was prompt in responding to any questions that we had and provided us with the best VRBO experience yet!

Great Property for a long weekend

Property was perfect for a long weekend trip, meeting friends in a new city. Located close to downtown and just about everything you want to do in Greenville. House was also perfect for 2 families with three kids, including two under two - had a crib and day bed! Host was responsive & considerate. One of the most thoughtfully laid out and furnished places we’ve stayed.

Celebration weekend

We celebrated out oldest daughter graduating College and our youngest daughters birthday. The home was very nice. Enough room for both girls to have friends and plenty space for all of us. Within a 5 min drive to downtown.

Family Thanksgiving

Brennen’s place is phenomenal! It was very close to downtown and local eateries. We have three kids and it was nice that each had their own room. We have stayed at a number of VRBO’s and I believe this is one of our favorites. Along with the house being perfect for us, we really appreciated Brennen’s communication and accommodation.

Gorgeous home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is just minutes from local restaurants/breweries/shops and is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was immaculate and contained all conveniences to make my family feel right at home. We loved the basement and the bar-area added a very cool touch to our visit. This property and it's host was amazing. You cant find another that offers all the comforts of home away from home. From phone chargers, washing detergent, plastic ware, paper plates, and any other items you can think of were there. The property was beautiful and most accommodating. The host was most gracious during a time of bereavement for my family. Needless to say, this property was the best that I have experienced!

Amazing Experience

To sum up our overall experience: It was amazing, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time near downtown Greenville. It is quite literally only a 5 minute drive to/from downtown. The property is kept up extremely well. It was very clean and tidy when we entered. The host also left a cute welcome basket for us, as well as a binder with things to do while we were in town. Our check-in process was seamless, and the host always responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a very quiet neighborhood, so this is perfect for adults or families looking to be near downtown without being in it.
